Privacy policy

In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails. MultiservicesPRO ("we") operates this site for clients in Switzerland and Europe. This policy explains which data we collect, why, how long we keep it and which rights you can exercise. It is drafted to comply with both:
- the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679), applicable whenever we process the data of individuals located in the European Union;
- the Federal Act on Data Protection (LPD, SR 235.1), in force since 1 September 2023, applicable in Switzerland.

Data collected and purposes

We do not collect any sensitive data (health, opinions, origin, etc.) and do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Retention period
Data from a quote request is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for 3 years after the last contact for evidence and commercial follow-up purposes, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies (accounting, Swiss Code of Obligations: 10 years for accounting records). Unsuccessful requests with no follow-up are deleted after 2 years.
Recipients and processors
Your data may be passed on to the following service providers, strictly to the extent necessary for their tasks:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sending transactional emails (quote confirmation, notifications);
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of the site, database and files (Cloudflare Pages, D1, R2);
- Google LLC: displaying the Google Maps map, advertising measurement (Google Ads) and audience measurement (Google Analytics, where in use), only if you accept them via the cookie banner (see below);
- Microsoft Corporation: audience measurement (Microsoft Clarity) where this tool is in use, only with consent;
- Meta Platforms, Inc.: advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) where this tool is in use, only with consent.
The audience measurement and advertising tools listed above (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel) are services we plan to use, except for Microsoft Clarity (heat maps and anonymised recordings of visits, form fields masked), which is only loaded after you accept the "Audience measurement" category. Google Ads is in use: its tag (Google tag) is loaded on every page in "Consent Mode v2". Until you accept the "Advertising" category in the cookie banner, no advertising cookie is set and Google only receives technical signals without cookies (for example the address of the page visited). The other tools set no cookies and collect no data until you have given your explicit consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA (in particular in the United States). In that case, we make sure a recognised transfer mechanism is in place (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, or an equivalent certification). We neither sell nor rent your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
Cookies and trackers
This site sets the minimum number of cookies needed for it to work. A consent banner is shown on your first visit and lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies.

The "Advertising" category corresponds to Google Ads (measuring how well our ads perform): its cookies are only set after you agree. The "Audience measurement" category corresponds to Microsoft Clarity (understanding how the site is used), loaded only after you agree, and to Google Analytics, which we plan to use (not loaded today). Origin of your visit: when you arrive, we keep in your browser (session storage, erased when you close the tab) the ad or site you came from. This information is only sent if you submit a form, so we know which source brought the request.
Your choice is remembered for a maximum of 13 months (the maximum period recommended by the European data protection authorities), after which the banner reappears so you can renew your consent. You can change your preferences at any time:
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the LPD, you have the following rights over your data:
- Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you;
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data;
- Restriction: request the restriction of processing in certain cases;
- Portability (GDPR): receive your data in a structured format;
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
To exercise these rights, write to us at info@multiservicespro.ch. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:
- in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch;
- in the EU: the data protection authority of your country of residence.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted hosting, restricted access, transmission over HTTPS) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in our practices. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
